Qualifications

  • 8+ years in the electrical industry with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
  • Strong knowledge of NBCEI, SANS 10142, and OHS Act.

Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Lead day-to-day operations across multiple electrical projects

Manage scheduling, procurement, and resource planning

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SANS 10142, and OHS Act

Oversee site teams, conduct inspections, and monitor project milestones

Mentor, manage, and motivate electricians and support staff

Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of service delivery

Manage budgets, quoting, and tender submissions

Contribute to business strategy and process improvement initiatives

Requirements :

N6 in Electrical Engineering (minimum)

Wireman’s License (Installation or Master Electrician) – advantageous

Registered with the Department of Labour and / or ECA

8+ years in the electrical industry, with at least 3 years in a senior management role

Strong knowledge of NBCEI, SANS 10142, and OHS Act

Experience with quoting, procurement, project planning, and ERP / project tools
