This executive-level position requires a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all legal affairs, managing risk, and providing high-level counsel to the board and executive team. You will shape the legal strategy, ensure robust compliance frameworks, and lead a team of legal professionals. This is a critical role for an experienced legal mind looking to make a significant impact in a prominent organization within Gauteng .

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal operations, including corporate governance, compliance, litigation, and contracts.
• Provide strategic legal advice to the Board of Directors and senior management.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks across the organization's operations.

Requirements

• Experience in managing legal teams and overseeing complex transactions.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Admitted to practice law in South Africa.
