• Expert knowledge of South African corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills for interfacing with senior management.
• Ability to manage a demanding workload and provide strategic legal counsel in a dynamic business context.
