Job description

This role involves assisting customers in locating items, answering questions, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your friendly and helpful attitude is essential in providing excellent customer service and promoting a positive store image.

Responsibilities
  1. Share accurate product information, assist customers in choosing items, and demonstrate product use.
  2. Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
  3. Greet customers, offer assistance, and answer queries positively.
  4. Inform customers about sales and special offers.
  5. Handle cash and card transactions, issue receipts, and process refunds/exchanges.
  6. Receive deliveries, organize stock, and keep track of inventory.
  7. Restock shelves and ensure product availability.
  8. Dispose of waste properly and manage stock counts.
