Blue Oak Personnel in Gauteng, Boksburg, is seeking an efficient Accounts Payable Clerk to manage supplier invoices, Sun and Pegasus entries, and accurate reconciliations.

The role offers a structured salary package: R22,000–R24,000 monthly, with Medical Aid 50/50 and Pension contributions. The successful candidate will support VAT returns, budgets, remittance preparation, and ad hoc duties.

Qualificações

• Experience with accounts payable and supplier reconciliations.
• Familiarity with Sun and Pegasus systems.
• Basic VAT returns experience or exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Receive 3rd party expense invoices and statements on time with proper approvals.
• Capture invoices (Sun & Pegasus), reconcile and pay creditors.
• Reconcile accounts for payment.
• Prepare remittances and forward to suppliers.
• Work closely with suppliers and operations to resolve queries.
• Allocate accounts in Sun.
• Perform age analysis and reporting.
• Petty cash capturing.
• Asset capturing and analysis.
• Assist with VAT returns.
• Assist with compiling budgets.
• ADHOC duties as required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive 3rd party expense invoices and statements on time & ensuring correct approval thereof!
• Capturing of invoices (Sun & Pegasus), reconciling and payments of creditors accounts.
• Reconcile accounts for payment.
• Compile remittances for all payments and send them to suppliers.
• Work closely with suppliers and operations to resolve queries.
• Allocate the accounts on Sun.
• Age analysis review & report.
• Petty cash capturing.
• Asset capturing & analysis.
• Assistance with VAT returns.
• Assistance with compiling budgets.
• ADHOC duties when required.
