Role Summary

As a GenAI Specialist (LXD) at Construct Education, you will champion AI-powered learning innovation by researching, implementing, and optimizing generative-AI solutions that enhance educational outcomes and drive operational efficiency. You will collaborate with clients throughout the sales and project lifecycle to understand their pedagogical needs and integrate evidence-based learning practices into AI system architectures and course designs. You will lead the development of learning strategies that ensure AI solutions embody pedagogical excellence, meet client requirements, and provide seamless, scalable learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Contribute to pre-sales consultations with account executives and AI Solution Architect to integrate evidence-based learning practices into AI solutions
• Support development of sales collateral, including presentations, prototypes, and live demos of AI-augmented educational experiences
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to define AI services aligned with instructional design principles
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses, and provide learning design effort estimates for AI projects
• Translate complex learning requirements into technical specifications for AI development

Learning Strategy and Framework Development

• Work with client leads to align on priorities and learning needs related to AI
• Develop comprehensive Learning Strategy Frameworks integrating instructional design methodologies within AI architectures
• Collaborate with project teams to embed GenAI strategies into project plans
• Define learning-centered AI architecture parameters, including model selection, instructional prompting, and content strategies
• Establish frameworks for measuring learning outcomes and success criteria

GenAI Research and Integration

• Research, pilot, and recommend third-party GenAI platforms or custom models ensuring compatibility and data governance compliance
• Design and implement workflows that meet performance and regulatory standards

Operational Efficiency & Data-Driven Decision Making

• Analyze project requirements to design AI solutions that enhance efficiency and revenue
• Identify tasks where AI can reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
• Partner with data teams to collect and visualize operational data
• Use insights to optimize processes and inform revenue strategies

Learning Design & AI Configuration

• Develop and refine prompts and RAG strategies to optimize AI performance
• Implement change management techniques to promote AI adoption among teams
• Coordinate with learning designers and developers to ensure smooth implementation

Technical Collaboration & Prototyping

• Demonstrate hands-on experience with GenAI platforms (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude)
• Create prototypes and wireframes using UX/UI tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
• Possess foundational coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python
• Apply instructional design models to shape AI-augmented learning experiences

Requirements
