Qualifications

• Integrated Designer with motion portfolio demonstrating AI-assisted projects.
• Experience in advertising/agency or in-house creative teams.
• Ability to evaluate and refine GenAI outputs and prompts.

Responsibilities

• Work in a multi-disciplinary team to ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets for digital and social.
• Design, lay out, animate, and refine assets (static, animated, video) leveraging GenAI tools.
• Develop assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display using Pencil platform.
• Translate client briefs into compelling visuals using multiple GenAI models and techniques.
• Adapt assets for multi-channel rollouts across web, mobile, and social while maintaining brand cohesion.
• Present work to internal teams and explain GenAI contributions to ideation and execution.
• Stay up-to-date with GenAI trends and suggest new tools/features for experiments.
• Ensure quality and consistency with brand guidelines and client objectives.
