Role: Senior Integrated Designer – Digital and Motion Specialist

About the role:

We have a great opportunity for a Senior Integrated Designer to work within a new team, designing and delivering a mix of digital, social, and motion assets for various high-profile brands.

You, along with your creative team, will work on diverse projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring tasks are completed on time and align with brand standards. Your role involves providing an integrated approach to design problem-solving, conceptualisation, and implementation of your creative vision and design direction, supported by a carefully constructed framework with common components across all media dimensions.

A successful job involves creating a unified and consistent design language that can be replicated across multiple channels, including digital, social, branding, key visuals, motion graphics, and video content. Strong mixed media design thinking, coupled with innovative tactics, will be essential for success.

Essential skills include conceptualisation, graphic design, animation, illustration, and typography, with the experience to execute projects of varying sizes with resourcefulness and dedication. Ideally, candidates will have around 10 years’ experience from a digital or production agency background. The role requires maintaining a fast-paced, responsive workflow across multiple projects and brands.

  • Digital Marketing
  • Motion Graphics
  • Adaptations
  • Product and Campaign Assets
  • Re-purposing and adapting existing brand toolkits to create engaging, fresh content
What you will be doing:
  • Managing projects from start to finish — collaborating across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation.
  • Applying strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for web, digital, e-commerce, social content, motion graphics, and advertising.
  • Defining the look and feel for various digital and motion design projects.
  • Implementing existing brand guidelines on projects.
  • Developing user-centered, engaging responsive web and email layouts.
  • Working under direction and using your initiative.
  • Presenting your work internally and to clients, managing workloads within deadlines.
  • Keeping up to date with current design trends.
  • Understanding best practices for creating effective ecommerce, social assets, motion graphics, and mobile-first content.
