Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics/AI solution delivery.
• 2+ years hands‑on experience delivering GenAI, LLM, or agentic AI solutions.
• Financial Services: experience delivering AI solutions in a regulated banking environment.
• Audit/Risk experience preferred: prior experience in internal audit, risk management, assurance automation, or control testing.

Responsibilities

• AI Solution & Workflow Design: Build and deploy GenAI solutions and agentic workflows across core audit phases.
• Platform & Stack Execution: Develop secure tools using Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, Python, SQL, and APIs.
• Governance & Responsible AI: Implement model risk management, data privacy, and security guardrails for audit-ready outputs.
• Data Engineering & Dashboards: Conduct data engineering and quality assessments; design Power BI dashboards to present risk insights.
• Delivery & Enablement: Lead requirements gathering, UAT coordination, design/handover documentation, and upskilling to drive adoption.
