Job Description
The College invites applications for the above-mentioned part-time position, which will be available from 1 January 2024. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals who believe they have the required skills, passion, and competencies to take on this position. This position will require up to 25 – 30 hours per week including attendance at meets/competitions.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be required to plan and lead the activities of the Girls’ Prep and Girls’ College diving teams including:
Daily training
Tours & Camps
Internal marketing of the sport
Long-term planning and budgeting
Other general admin tasks as required for the effective running of the sport
Job Requirements
A minimum of 5 years coaching experience at an advanced level
Must have previous personal diving experience
A high level of personal diving or coaching experience in school is required
A professional Degree in Phys Ed, Sports Science or Sports administration would be an added advantage
Proof of sexual offender’s clearance certificate. Any staff working within a school are required to have a sexual offender’s clearance certificate.
