Requirements:
  • Secretarial Diploma or equivalent qualification plus 3-5 years' experience in secretarial/administrative support.
  • Knowledge of procurement policies and processes.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Computer literacy in MS Office packages such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, GroupWise, Internet, etc.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to work after hours when needed.
Duties:
  • Manage office administration functions.
  • Provide secretarial and receptionist support to the Senior Manager.
  • Schedule appointments and provide administrative support.
  • Record and communicate minutes of meetings.
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings.
  • Assist with office budget administration and document coordination.
  • Stay informed about relevant policies and procedures.
