Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Gardener for a prestigious luxury villa located in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the villa’s gardens to a high standard, ensuring a well-kept and beautiful outdoor environment year-round.

Key Responsibilities :

General garden maintenance, including mowing, pruning, planting, watering, and weeding

Care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns

Maintain pathways, outdoor furniture, and garden tools

Monitor plant health and apply treatments as needed

Assist with seasonal planting and landscaping projects

Ensure the overall presentation of the outdoor spaces is consistently immaculate

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years’ experience in gardening or landscaping, ideally within a luxury environment

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail

Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently

Must live locally within the Stellenbosch area (transport to and from work is provided)

Young and energetic with a genuine interest in horticulture and outdoor care
