Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
• Min of 5 years previous experience in this field
• Proven experience with beef cattle
• Mechanically and maintenance orientated essential
• Proven experience in maintaining the following:
• General maintenance
• Electrical
• Welding & lathe
• Pumps
• Servicing of tractors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with and motivate a team
• PH License & experience advantageous
• Results driven, dynamic and self-driven
• Honest and hardworking with good health and sober habits
• The candidate must be a trustworthy and committed individual
• Valid drivers license

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• General farm management of all farming aspects, including personnel
• Mechanical as well as electrical repair skills
• Maintenance of tractors, vehicles, water supply, fencing, buildings, and roads
• Intensive breeding and care of exotic game animals
• Security and predator control
• Record keeping and management reports
• Meat processing
