DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote the company's products and services
• Build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Influence and persuade others, with a confident and articulate communication style and the capability to handle objections effectively
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, motivated by performance metrics and driven to deliver results
• Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers
• Increase chances of future sales
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at all times
• Keep up to date with the financial markets

REQUIREMENTS

• Native / fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Previous experience (minimum 6 months) in a similar role in the Forex & CFD Industry is a MUST
• Computer literacy
• Ability to work with deadlines and targets
• Management and mathematics skills
• Excellent objection-handling skills
• Availability to start/join on short notice
