As a Senior Consultant, you will shape our Sustainability practice by sharing industry experience, supporting clients with assurance on ESG reports, and contributing to proposals, meetings, workshops, research, and articles.

Job Description

Are you passionate about Sustainability and eager to make a real impact? We seek a motivated professional to join Deloitte.

As a Senior Consultant in Sustainability with a focus on ESG assurance, you will leverage your reporting expertise to assist clients in advancing their ESG reporting maturity. You should have a strong understanding of ESG regulatory environments and assurance standards, and bring innovative solutions to clients.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Performing non-financial assurance on ESG reports
  • Preparing service delivery plans with Partners and Managers
  • Identifying risks and advising clients
  • Managing internal and external reporting inputs
  • Assessing ESG disclosures for compliance
  • Auditing ESG and sustainability information
  • Drafting and reviewing sustainability reports and disclosures
  • Participating in audit and advisory assignments
  • Engaging with clients to identify ESG risks and opportunities
  • Building strong client relationships
  • Creating proposals for potential clients
  • Coaching peers and applying innovative methodologies in ESG

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Commerce in accounting
