Job summary

Capitec Bank seeks energetic, self-motivated individuals for their Future Leaders Programme in Stellenbosch. Qualifications

Qualifications (Minimum)
  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational in Grade 12 National Certificate
  • A relevant degree
Experience
  • A bachelor’s degree (minimum) obtained within the last 3 years, no later than 15 January 2026
  • You must have less than 2 years’ working experience,
  • You must have a minimum grade average of 60%
  • Must be a South African citizen (with a 13-digit SA ID number)
  • Must have a clear credit and criminal record
  • Willing to be based in the Western Cape (Stellenbosch) and/or Gauteng (Sandton)
