Participants will engage in design, maintenance, operations, and R&D projects, supported by structured learning, rotations, and collaborative teamwork with experienced engineers and mentors.

Responsibilities

• Project Participation: Actively participate in engineering projects across departments, applying theory to practice.
• Technical Support: Assist engineers in development, testing, implementation and optimization of solutions.
• Problem Solving: Identify, analyze and solve complex engineering problems with innovative ideas.
• Collaboration: Work in multi-disciplinary teams with mentors and stakeholders to reach project goals.
• Learning & Development: Engage in structured training, workshops, and rotations to build skills.
