Job summary

Emporium Human Capital in Pretoria seeks a customer‑focused retail salesperson to drive sales and deliver excellent service.

You will advise on products, fabrics and accessories, identify customer needs, and follow up with existing customers to maximise sales. Maintain stock enquiries, ensure smooth delivery, and keep the showroom neat and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Minimum education level: Matric.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail.
• Previous background of in a customer facing environment in sales, admin and retail would be advantageous.

• Ensure high level customer satisfaction by providing excellent sales and after sales service.
• Assisting clients by giving valuable advice on products, fabrics, accessories, and identifying and meeting a customer’s needs.

• Act as a single point of contact for customer questions, stock enquiries and efficient product tracking for delivery.

Hours:

Monday to Saturday 9am - 5pm
Sundays and Public Holidays 9am - 2pm
4 Days off a month. For every Public Holiday worked an additional 1 day off
