Fund Manager - Blended Finance

A state-owned development finance institution with a national mandate to transform the agricultural sector is seeking a Fund Manager: Blended Finance to spearhead structuring and management of innovative, high-impact funding vehicles.

You'll work at the intersection of finance, development, and transformation-leading engagements with national and international stakeholders to unlock blended finance mechanisms that empower farmers and agribusinesses across South Africa.

Your mandate:

  • Structure and implement new blended finance funds
  • Build and maintain funder & stakeholder relationships
  • Manage reporting, operations, governance & compliance
  • Represent the institution in strategic forums and boards
  • Drive impact through innovative financing partnerships

Minimum Requirements:
? Honours Degree or Postgrad Diploma in Finance, Agriculture, Accounting, Engineering, or related
? Minimum 7 years' experience in:
- Project management
- Business development & stakeholder engagement
- Development finance or PPP structuring
? Proven experience managing funds or complex financial partnerships
