Fund Accountant

My client has an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and qualified Senior Fund Accountant to join their dynamic team. The ideal person will play a crucial role in overseeing the accounting and financial reporting functions. This position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Daily fund operations, monthly / quarterly NAV reconciliation and review
• Calculation and review of fund management and performance fees
• Reconciliation of capital transactions (subscriptions, capital calls, redemptions, transfers etc)
• Supporting and contributing to external reporting; Regulatory reporting, bespoke and ad-hoc investor and management reporting
• Oversee annual fund audits, (knowledge of Lux GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS)
• Preparation of monthly Fund IRRs (knowledge of GIPS helpful)
• Work on strategic initiatives as they arise
• Tax compliance and structuring

Requirements:

• Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• Articles would be advantageous
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
