Job description

Our Client in the retail sector is looking for a Functional Consultant to provide expertise in the implementation, customization, and support of AppSmart and CollectSmart software solutions.

Minimum requirements

• Complete understanding of the software development life cycle
• Understanding of relational database and client-server concepts
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and other relevant software applications
• Microsoft SQL knowledge and experience
• Familiarity with Agile methodology

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to review and analyze their requirements, determine operational objectives, and document the business requirement specifications.
• Scope the solution and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, including workflow diagrams.
• Facilitate walkthroughs of the requirement specifications with the customer and development team.
• Configure and perform comprehensive quality assessments of the solution.
• Provide input into effort estimates and test scenarios for QA testing.
• Provide day-to-day functional support.
