Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience within the Financial Services industry and demonstrate a strong understanding of SAP configuration and processes. Exposure to the SAP ICM (Incentive and Commission Management) module will be highly advantageous. This role requires excellent communication skills and working well in a fast-paced, collaborative Agile environment. Key responsibilities:-

• Proven experience as an SAP Functional Analyst or similar role
• Support clients in specific technology : Leverage expertise in financial systems and SAP ECC modules like FI, CO, HR (PD-ORG) to support business processes and drive improvements in financial reporting, data processing, and analysis.
• This role uses business and solution knowledge, in order to achieve client expected business results.
• The Consultant supports modules to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Participates in design, configuration and testing in various modules
• Participates in the successful implementation of solutions.
• Participates in assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures and processes
• Participate in implementations
• Participates in the liaison with a client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
• Participates in ensuring the application version is current and relevant
• This role focuses on the successful running and support of SAP Incentive and Commission Management & Payment processes and any related SAP components. Also analyses and advises business on business requirements and works with design & implementation staff to design & implement solutions within constraints.
• Relevant qualification or on the job training. 1-2yrs functional analyst experience
• Experience and knowledge within the Financial Services industry and demonstrate a strong understanding of SAP Incentive and Commission management (ICM)
• Experience with SAP configuration and troubleshooting.
• Completion of SAP functional training would be advantageous
• Extensive experience in SAP modules FI/CO, with exposure to the SAP ICM (Incentive and Commission Management) module being highly advantageous.
• Experience in preparing functional specs and taking it through the design approval process
• Experience in test script development and requirements gathering.
• Experience of working to and applying agile methodologies will be advantageous
• Understanding of ITIL
• Strong analytical, problem solving and investigative skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A flexible approach and ability to adapt.
• Ability to work under own initiative.
• Ability to deliver as per agreed time standards and work under stress.

Examines and evaluates current systems and identifies requirements. Documents interfaces between new and legacy systems. Collaborates with developers to produce new systems. Validates changes by testing programmes.
