Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Operations Director to lead and optimize all aspects of our dispersed operations from anywhere. You will drive efficiency, manage resources, and implement company-wide initiatives with a strategic focus on long-term vision.

In this senior role, you will oversee P&L, guide technology adoption, and mentor a remote management team, ensuring excellence and accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive operations management experience, including senior leadership.
• Proven ability to develop and implement large-scale operational strategies.
• Experience leading remote teams and distributed operations.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance productivity and business results.
• Oversee P&L responsibilities and allocate resources effectively.
• Implement new technologies and systems to streamline operations.
• Lead and mentor a distributed management team for high performance.
• Define KPIs and report performance to executive leadership.
