Applications are invited for two fully funded PhD studentships in the multidisciplinary field of air pollution and sensor development at University College Cork. The successful candidates will contribute to the development of a novel silicon-based sensor for the electrical detection of atmospheric ammonia. Students will be jointly based in the Centre for Research into Atmospheric Chemistry (CRAC) and the Materials Chemistry Research Group (MCR), both within the School of Chemistry.

Requirements
