The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of professional nanny experience, is CPR/First Aid certified, and can communicate effectively with parents to support each child's development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional nanny or childcare experience with toddlers and school-aged children.
• Ability to create engaging educational activities.
• Knowledge of child development stages and appropriate practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• First Aid and CPR certification is mandatory.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and empathetic demeanor.
• Provide excellent references from previous families; background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and nurturing care for children aged 4 and 7.
• Manage daily routines, including meals, naps/rest periods, and personal hygiene.
• Plan and implement engaging educational and recreational activities, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assist with homework and school-related tasks for the older child.
• Prepare healthy and balanced meals and snacks.
• Ensure the children's safety and well-being at all times, maintaining a secure home environment.
• Light housekeeping duties pertaining to the children, such as tidying play areas, children's rooms, and laundry.
• Transport children to and from school, activities, and appointments as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding the children's day, progress, and any concerns.
• Foster a positive learning environment and encourage social-emotional development.
