HyperionDev is seeking an Intermediate Full Stack Engineer to design and maintain our bespoke software platforms including student portals, mentor portals, placements portal, and ecommerce flows. The role focuses on Python, Django, AWS infrastructure, and a modern frontend stack (React/Vue/Angular).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a full stack engineer.
• Demonstrable commercial experience with Python.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with React, Vue, or Angular.
• Hands-on experience with Django.
• Experience with SQL databases (SQL/PostgreSQL).
• Experience with UNIX-based operating systems.
• Experience with Cloud Services, preferably AWS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to produce work of a high standard with minimal supervision.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and write high quality code for our website and platforms using Python and Django.
• Collaborate with team to plan sprint cycles and troubleshoot and reduce technical debt.
• Share knowledge with team and learn from senior engineers.
• Work with Product to implement features used by thousands of users globally.
• Refactor and improve legacy code as requirements change.
