Placements24 is seeking a versatile Full Stack Developer to join their Stellenbosch tech team. You will work across frontend and backend development, contributing to all phases of the lifecycle and delivering robust web applications.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-stack experience with HTML/CSS/JS, modern frontend frameworks, and backend languages like Node.js, Python, or Java. Relocation support may be considered for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and a modern framework.
• Strong backend development with Node.js/Express, Python/Django/Flask, or Java/Spring.
• Solid understanding of database design and management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and cloud deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Design and implement backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Manage database schemas and interactions with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Write clean, maintainable code for frontend and backend components.
