Placements24 is seeking a versatile Full Stack Developer for a hybrid role in Stellenbosch. You’ll work across the stack, delivering scalable web applications, RESTful APIs, and polished UI components in collaboration with designers and product managers.

The ideal candidate has a CS degree or equivalent, strong frontend and backend skills, and experience with relational and NoSQL databases. Hybrid work is offered in the Western Cape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in similar roles.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a framework like React or Angular).
• Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Python, or Java, and experience with relevant frameworks.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies is a plus.
