Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days (more than 30 days will not be considered)

Job Description : As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, including designing, building, testing, and deploying web applications. Your primary focus will be on developing robust back-end services using Java and Node.js, and creating intuitive front-end interfaces with React. You will also leverage AWS cloud services to build and maintain scalable solutions that meet the unique challenges of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Java and Node.js for back-end services, and React for front-end development.
2. Design and implement RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality and third-party integrations.
3. Utilize AWS cloud services (such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) to build, deploy, and manage scalable applications.
4. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software that meets business and regulatory requirements in healthcare.
5. Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security, with a focus on HIPAA compliance and data protection.
6. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to industry best practices.
7. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
8. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a focus on Java and Node.js for back-end development and React for front-end development.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience in full stack development.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud platform and services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and others.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge of front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Experience working in the healthcare or health-tech industry, with an understanding of healthcare regulations and data protection standards (e.g., HIPAA).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience using tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, or DICOM.

Note : This is a renewable contract role (contract can be further renewed or extended based on performance).
