Day to day as a Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer at Wisper ISP, you will collaborate closely with Business Partners, Product Owners, Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and other key stakeholders to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions to a variety of technical challenges. Your role will involve performing detailed technical analyses and refining system or application requirements to ensure seamless implementation. You will support Product Owners in troubleshooting issues and developing solutions for bugs and one-off feature requests.

Additionally, you will serve as the technical lead on larger projects, guiding the team through complex tasks. Your active participation in sprint sessions, including planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, will contribute to a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and exceptional customer experience.

Requirements For This Full Stack Developer Job

To excel in the Full Stack Developer position at Wisper ISP, candidates must possess a strong technical foundation, including a High School Diploma or equivalent. A deep understanding of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is crucial, with a demonstrated 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in each of these areas.
