Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 preferred or Matric.
• Experience in a fuel station or customer service is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Honest, trustworthy and dependable.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Basic numeracy and cash-handling is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Dispense fuel accurately and safely.
• Process cash, card, and other payment transactions.
• Check and top up vehicle fluids as requested.
• Check tyre pressure and provide basic assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness of forecourt and pumps.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report faults or hazards immediately.
• Assist customers with enquiries and directions.
• Promote fuel station products and offers.
