Job summary

Elite Care Services in South Africa seeks a reliable Petrol Attendant to deliver friendly service, dispense fuel safely, process payments, and keep the forecourt clean.

You will handle transactions, assist customers with basic vehicle checks, promote offers, and ensure compliance with health and safety rules. Shift work, including weekends, is required.

Applicants should be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods; Matric is preferred, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include Grade 10 or Grade 12 (Matric) preferred.
• Experience in a fuel station or customer service environment is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Dispense fuel accurately and safely into customer vehicles.
• Process cash, card, and other payment transactions.
• Check and top up vehicle fluids such as oil, water, and windscreen washer fluid when requested.
• Check tyre pressure and provide basic vehicle assistance.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Report equipment faults, fuel leaks, or safety hazards immediately.
• Assist customers with general enquiries and directions.
• Promote fuel station products, services, and special offers.
