Qualifications

• Grade 10 or 12 (Matric) preferred.
• Experience at a fuel station or customer service environment is advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Honest, trustworthy and dependable.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Report equipment faults, fuel leaks, or safety hazards immediately.
• Assist customers with general enquiries and directions.
