This fixed-term contract position requires delivering friendly customer service, dispensing fuel accurately, and maintaining forecourt safety.

The successful candidate will handle cash, assist with vehicle checks, stock deliveries when needed, and uphold health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate is required.
• Previous experience as a pump attendant or in customer service is beneficial.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honesty, reliability, and presentability are required.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Dispense fuel accurately and safely into customer vehicles.
• Assist customers with oil, water, tyre pressure, and windscreen checks.
• Handle cash and card payments where required.
• Promote fuel station products and specials.
• Maintain cleanliness of pumps, forecourt and work areas.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Report fuel leaks, equipment faults or incidents immediately.
• Assist with stock control and receiving deliveries when required.
• Ensure customers receive quick and efficient service.
