Job summary

Sabenza IT & Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager (Networks FTTB) in Pretoria to plan, manage and track fibre-to-the-business projects. You will coordinate with stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in IT, a Project Management Diploma, and 5+ years of PM experience in network infrastructure, including FTTB and fixed wireless builds. Strong communication and budgeting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Project Management Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years' experience in project management for network infrastructure.
• Proven experience with FTTB builds and deployments end-to-end.
• Experience with fixed wireless builds is required.
• Strong budgeting and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and prioritize FTTB builds in the pipeline.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage communication between internal teams and external providers.
• Facilitate implementation of transmission links and capacity upgrades.
• Track project status, risks and dependencies; optimise resources.
• Maintain master project documentation and reporting.
