Job Description

• Manage full creditors process on producers
  
  • Capturing of produce and related cost elements & related adjustments
  • Weekly preparations of payments to producers
  • Sending of payment remittances to producers
  • Reporting on producer payment summaries
  • Managing ledgers for any deductions on producer payments
• Cashflow management in ZAR & foreign currencies
• SARB applications and monitoring of compliance
• Management of foreign currencies related to producer payments
• Monthly updating of standard costs & evaluation of under/over recoveries
• Invoicing of costs back to producers
• Management of Balance sheet items, relating to control accounts on standard cost
• Processing of commercial invoices & payments
• Monthly report on commercial creditors
• Various other reporting
• Onboarding of new customers and producers
• Any other relevant accounting functions as required

Remuneration
Market related, depending on experience and knowledge.
