Frontline Sales Support (Architecture) required in Johannesburg.

Position available within the manufacturing and construction materials industry. The role involves managing front desk responsibilities, supporting sales administration, and assisting with customer queries.

Suitable for a confident, detail-driven individual with either strong commercial admin experience or a degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture seeking long-term career growth in a commercial environment.

Salary: R18 000 – R22 000 CTC per month.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture is preferred (this qualification aligns with the structured career path that the company envisions)
  • Strong communication and customer-facing ability
  • Comfortable managing walk-in enquiries and supporting internal teams
  • Understanding of how sales, logistics, and production integrate
  • High attention to detail and organisational accuracy
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Syspro, or similar)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and engage with walk-in clients
  • Process quotes, orders, invoices, and returns
  • Capture and follow up on leads using Salesforce
  • Use Syspro for stock checks, order processing, and admin tasks
  • Maintain product displays and marketing material
  • Liaise with internal teams (sales, production, logistics)
  • Provide product and basic installation guidance (Product training will be provided)
  • Escalate issues when necessary
  • Submit weekly reports and customer interaction summaries
