Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Frontline Customer and Sales Support to join our team.

The role involves providing efficient sales support, solutions, guidance, and advisory services to the sales team, prospects, and potential clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

The Frontline Customer and Sales Support will report to the Customer Business Development Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities
The role for Frontline Support
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Receive clients promptly and provide operational or sales support as needed.
  • Maintain a neat and tidy frontline desk and communal reception/client space.
The role of Sales Support
  • Have thorough knowledge of all training products to support clients with course information, quotes, and enrollment assistance.
  • Capture sales leads in the database management system.
  • Assist with sales processes such as appointments, consultations, and enrollments.
  • Support sales events and engage in cold calling and database contact.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Identify customer needs to enhance satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and manage customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Experience, Qualifications, and Competencies
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and sales support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and tactful handling of difficult situations.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is beneficial.
  • Effective time management and attention to detail.
