Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Frontline Customer and Sales Support to join our team. The role involves providing efficient sales support, solutions, guidance, and advisory services to the sales team, prospects, and potential clients. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service and sales support, reporting to the Customer Business Development Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • The role for Frontline Support :
  • Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Greet clients and provide operational or sales support as needed
  • Maintain a tidy frontline desk and reception area

The role of Sales Support :

  • Have thorough knowledge of training products to support clients with course information, quotes, and enrollment
  • Capture sales leads in the database management system
  • Assist with sales processes including appointments, consultations, and enrollments
  • Support sales team at events
  • Conduct cold calling and maintain contact with the database
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
  • Identify customer needs to enhance satisfaction and sales
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and manage customer accounts
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience

Experience, Qualifications, and Competencies :

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is an advantage

Experience :

  • At least 2 years in customer service and sales support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and tactful handling of difficult situations
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is advantageous
