Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guest and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage bookings, process payments and provide accurate guest information.
- Respond to guest enquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Perform night audit duties and ensure all systems and records are accurately updated.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- uphold security and safety protocols particularly during night shifts.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel front office
- Willingness to work both day and night shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems such as Opera
- Ability to work independently, especially during the night shift,
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
