Qualifications and experience required:
- Matric & a Formal Qualification
- Proficiency in MS Office / Opera / Protel
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel environment in a 5-star property
- At least 5+ years experience as a Front Office Manager
- Office Administration and Front Office skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in managing customer interactions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills
- Must be a South African citizen
