Qualifications and experience required:

  • Matric & a Formal Qualification
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Opera / Protel
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel environment in a 5-star property
  • At least 5+ years experience as a Front Office Manager
  • Office Administration and Front Office skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in managing customer interactions
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must be a South African citizen
