Front Office Agent (m/w) Winter 2025/26 role at Le Grand Bellevue Gstaad

Le Grand Bellevue is considered one of the most traditional and oldest luxury hotels in Gstaad. It combines the luxury and sophistication of a grand hotel with the charming atmosphere of a cozy country house.

Surrounded by a private park, the five-star hotel is located directly on Gstaad's famous promenade and has 57 elegant guest rooms.

We are looking forward welcoming a new team member for the position of:

Front Office Agent (m/w)

Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures according to LQA standards
  • Provide information about the hotel facilities
  • Handle cash, process payments and check billing details
  • Operate the telephone switchboard (answering and forwarding calls)
  • Offer assistance with any guest requests
  • Manage reservations, walk-ins and monitor room availability if necessary
Qualifications
  • At least two years of professional experience in the same position in the upscale hotel industry
  • Good oral and written language skills (d/f/e)
  • Good computer and MS Office skills
  • Opera Cloud knowledge
  • Guest-oriented, professional and willing to work in a team
  • Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen, due to work permit
