Would you like to develop your office management skills whilst keeping reception and meeting rooms in perfect order?

A prestigious Private Equity firm is looking for a Front of House / Office Manager to help keep their stunning office running smoothly.

This role is office based.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

1. Acting as ambassador for the company and public face of the office
2. Managing reception; meeting and greeting
3. Taking responsibility for all meeting rooms, setting up and tidying away
4. Doing office walkarounds to maintain highest standards
5. Liaising with building management and managing vendors
6. Managing domestic staff and caterers
7. Handling Health and Safety initiatives
8. Managing the post
9. Using initiative for making improvements when appropriate

The skills you need to bring:

1. Previous experience as Receptionist, Front of house from corporate environment
2. Some experience of office coordination/management essential
3. Proactive approach and strong work ethic
4. Strong communication skills with positive approach to problem solving
5. Genuine team approach
6. Ability to engage with people at all levels
7. Self-motivation with commitment and enthusiasm
