Responsibilities:

As our Front of House Manager, you will:

  1. Ensure exceptional guest service at all times
  2. Manage front office operations and staff
  3. Resolve guest complaints and conflicts effectively
  4. Oversee the front desk procedures and hotel systems
  5. Train and mentor front office staff to deliver outstanding service

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a front office supervisory or managerial role within hospitality
  • Energetic, polished, and guest-obsessed
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of hotel systems (Opera, Protel, etc.) and front desk procedures
  • A proactive multitasker with great attention to detail and team spirit
