Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a front-end developer to build and maintain rich interfaces using frameworks like React, Angular or Vue. You will transform API data into dynamic, responsive layouts and contribute to SEO and UX improvements.

The role involves collaborating with product owners, planning sprints, estimating tasks, and participating in code reviews to drive quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of coding experience
• IT Related Degree or Qualification

Responsibilities

• Create the structure, templates or layouts of new projects using frameworks and libraries like Bootstrap, Angular, Ember, React, Vue, Django, Jquery and material design.
• Creating dynamic page layouts based on api information
• Creating responsive layouts for all device sizes
• Implementing basic SEO
• Reproducing and locating source of reported bugs and issues
• Fix bugs and issues
• Communicate errors and solutions to product owners
• Manage source code and versioning
• Manage branching and pull requests
• Provide accurate estimates for new work and assessment for work complete
• Manage projects task in line with project workflow
• Identifying and suggesting user experience improvements
• Planning of new projects and page layouts using wireframes
• Work with product owners to plan and execute project sprints
• Good understanding of general user experience and be able to identify and implement changes in user experience trends
• Maintain and improve skill set
• Identify developmental needs and motivate for additional training
• Strategic thinking around service-oriented architecture
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the teams continuous upskilling
