A well-established national Software Development company is looking for a Front-End Developer (UI-UX Designer) to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. They have remote working options available.

Position Overview:

Looking for a Front-End Developer (UI-UX Designer) who has a passion for making code (done by a programmer) look great for the end user.

You will not be expected to do any back-end coding but there will be a fair amount of front-end coding that is required.

You will need to use your initiative to come up with great design and functionality that provides good user experience.

Ability to understand what the client wants as well as the ability to read between the lines is important.

Requirements and Skills:

• Experience in graphic design and coding.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work from home in an organized manner and meet deadlines.
• Be open to feedback/criticism and change designs accordingly.
• Need a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in design work.
• Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read a design brief and understand what is needed.
• Make initial versions of the designs and show them to others.
• Choose the right colours and layouts for each design.
• Collaborate with different team members to complete a project.
• Ability to analyse design challenges and find creative solutions while considering technical constraints and client preferences.
• Take a framework and apply CSS and JavaScript to meet client needs and requirements.
• Create and send out bulk emails to our clients.
• Test applications written by different team members and supply a bug list and constructive
  criticism when required.
