Front End Developer (Focus : Bi) (Contract) - Gauteng / Hybrid - Isb7500700

Our client is looking for a Front-End Developer with a BI focus to join their Feature Team.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of related work experience.
• Relevant IT/Business degree.
• AWS Certification.
• 3+ years' experience with relational databases (Oracle and/or PostgreSQL).
• 3+ years' experience in ETL (Oracle, Informatica, or AWS Glue).
• 3+ years BI experience, plus 1-2 years in Cloud environments.
• Experience in designing, developing, testing, and implementing complex solutions with integrations.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Experience working for international/global companies.

Essential Skills:

• BI Frontend Development (e.g., SAP BO, Qlikview, AWS Quicksight).
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Data modeling with Oracle/SQL, PostgreSQL, and S3.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
• Additional responsibilities in Agile Working Model (AWM).

Advantageous Skills:

• Understanding of other BI tools.
• Project and process management skills.
• Programming language or Cloud service expertise.
• Knowledge of software development tools and data preparation techniques.
• Understanding of cloud computing technologies and emerging trends.
• Integration between different technologies.
• Coordination between development and support environments.
• Business case development, planning, and monitoring.
• Requirements elicitation, organization, translation, and management.
• Solution testing (unit and end-to-end).
• Engagement with international stakeholders.
