The Audiences Team We’re building scalable systems that make it simple for customers to define and reach the people they want to learn from, ensuring a seamless onboarding and research experience. By harmonising and connecting large, complex datasets, we enable consistent comparisons across studies and the wider Zappi platform, unlocking powerful insights with speed, scale, and reliability.

What we’re hiring

We’re looking for a Frontend Developer who is passionate about building elegant, performant, and accessible user interfaces.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• You will need to be able to demonstrate characteristics of an intermediate engineer (this is generally more than 3+ years experience)
• You are able to demonstrate how you add value to a team as a senior engineer, and what you expect from a high performing team
• You have transferable technical experience. We don’t require deep expertise in our tech stack if you can demonstrate your ability to learn new technologies
• You have the right to work in the location advertised

What do the first 30, 60, 90 days look like?

First 30 days – Complete engineering onboarding, meet your buddy, team, and manager, and ship your first small code change. You’ll get familiar with our product domains, tech stack, and deployment process.

Next 60 days – Establish a pattern of impactful contributions to the frontend codebase, collaborate on feature/system designs, and actively participate in team ceremonies (planning, retrospectives, etc.).

By 90 days – Be fully embedded in the Platform Experience team, shaping technical decisions, contributing to larger system designs, and ensuring our applications are intuitive, scalable, and performant.
