OUR SCHOOL : Reddam House Waterfall is a co-educational, non-denominational environment focused on recognising, nurturing, and developing each student's individuality to reach their full potential.

We cater to students from Stage 1 to Grade 12, affiliated with the Independent Examinations Board (IEB), offering diverse subjects taught by highly qualified, experienced teachers.

All students in our Preparatory School participate in at least two extracurricular activities per week—one sporting and one cultural—encouraging maximum participation.

The Music @ Reddam programme offers individual instrumental lessons and ensemble participation for students in Grades 4–6.

All students participate in the Reddam Gives Back Programme, fostering community involvement.

ROLE SUMMARY : To adopt a holistic approach to students' care, promoting their overall progress and well-being, and creating a positive learning environment to motivate students to reach their potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging French lessons.
  • Create a nurturing environment that promotes active learning.
  • Maintain professionalism regarding punctuality, behaviour, work standards, and homework.
  • Reflect on and improve teaching practices.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development.
  • Teach extra lessons on two afternoons per week, if required.
  • Assist with co-curricular activities.
  • Produce high-quality resources for students.
  • Demonstrate loyalty to all aspects of Reddam House.
  • Attend special school events as directed.
  • Set and grade assessments and exams.
  • Write report comments.
  • Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by the School Head or line manager.
