Main Purpose of The Role:

Work on selected client premises to execute specific shipping processes, resolve operational issues, handle account queries, and keep stakeholders informed with live updates.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding and Operations (Air & Ocean)
• Minimum of two years’ commercial or customer service experience
• Valid endorsed code 08 driver’s license and own transport
• Fluent in English

Qualifications:

• Matric Certificate
• Tertiary Qualification (advantageous)

Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in CW, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily shipping processes and supply chain for specified clients
• Coordinate international and domestic freight movements, including logistics of purchased products
• Maintain consistent lead times
• Track and trace orders and monitor indent status
• Handle customer activities such as tariffs, accounts, invoices, permits, quotes, and costings
• Reconcile and manage DSV accounts to ensure payments
• Update stakeholders with live information
